Salvador Insider is an independent travel guide about Salvador, Bahia, Brazil. It is not a travel agency, hotel, restaurant, transport company, insurer, tour operator or public authority.

We aim to research, verify and update information, but travel information can change without notice. Prices, opening hours, routes, schedules, events, access rules, menus, availability and business operations should be confirmed when they are important to a travel decision.

A recommendation reflects an editorial assessment based on the information available at the time. It is not a permanent guarantee of quality, availability, safety or future performance. Recommendations may be updated, changed or removed.

Information about safety, weather, heat, hydration, food, beaches, tides, mosquitoes and other travel precautions is general information. It does not replace official instructions or professional medical advice.

The website may link to hotels, restaurants, tours, transport, tickets, insurance, eSIMs, booking platforms and other third-party services. A purchase or booking made with a third party creates a relationship between the visitor and that supplier, subject to the supplier’s own terms.

Salvador Insider may use affiliate links, advertising and sponsorships to finance the project. We currently use Google AdSense for advertising. Commercial relationships do not purchase a favourable editorial conclusion and should be disclosed when relevant.

We do not control the availability, security, privacy practices or content of external websites and services. Visitors are responsible for reviewing the terms and policies that apply to third-party services they choose to use.

Unless otherwise stated, Salvador Insider’s original text, editorial organisation, visual identity and other original material are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Normal personal use, linking and limited quotation with proper attribution remain permitted where the law allows them.

You may not use the website to commit fraud, distribute malicious code, attack infrastructure, bypass security controls, collect personal data without authorisation or falsely claim an official relationship with Salvador Insider.

We aim to keep the website available, but uninterrupted access is not guaranteed. Features may be changed, added, suspended or removed as the project develops.

To the extent permitted by law, Salvador Insider is not responsible for changes made by independent third parties after publication, failures of external services, weather or natural conditions, or decisions made without checking information that is clearly time-sensitive.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

We may correct, update or remove content when better information becomes available. These Terms may also be updated when the website, its business model or applicable legal requirements change.

Salvador Insider is operated from Brazil. These Terms are interpreted under Brazilian law where applicable, without limiting mandatory rights a visitor may have under the law of another jurisdiction.
