Calling a hotel 'LGBTQIA+-friendly' is a claim about staff behaviour, not about décor, and it needs evidence. Until we can validate individual properties, our practical advice is to choose a well-reviewed place in Rio Vermelho, Barra or Ondina, and to book somewhere with responsive, professional communication.
